How long is the loan approval process?
Loans applications submitted online generally take 24 business hours to process. Applications received on weekends and holidays will process on the following business day.

How will I know if my loan has been approved?
Upon completing of your loan application one of our hard money loan experts will reach out to you by telephone to discuss the loan results and what steps you may need to do next.

How much money to I have to put down?
Our loans are structured in two tiers. We require either 15% or 20% down payment depending on which tier best suits your investment project’s needs.

What fees do I have to pay to get my loan?
SWH Funding, LLC has no hidden fees. We charge a one-time $700 loan processing fee. No points to worry about. Your fee structure will be outlined at time of closing.
